A huge Second Amendment ruling just came out of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The court has ruled that the Second Amendment does not protect the carrying of concealed firearms by a vote of 7-4, upholding the legality two California counties’ restrictive “for good cause” showing requirements. There’s a very good chance we’re going to see this case before the US Supreme Court next term.
